Used Pinkertons on a recent sale. Service from start to finish was exceptional. Richard provided great advice from initial contact and was calming during sale when I had the odd wobble. The team were very efficient, professional and supportive and kept us fully informed and dealt with any queries without hesitation. I would highly recommend - just wish I had used them previously!

Pinkertons were simply exceptional from start to finish. Got me 15k more for my home than the upper estimation of two other local agents. Often when sale is complete that is the end for estate agents not with Pinkertons. They were with me throughout the sales process took time to explain everything and how the sales process would work. Brilliant service from start to finish for selling my house. Richard Fannin secured what I believe was truly the best possible price for the property and the whole Pinkertons team were highly professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I have moved many times over the years but I must admit that the best experience I have had yet was with Pinkertons Estate Agents. From the moment Richard visited our property to sell, he explained the vision and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic sales result for us. Pinkertons recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed in her first week the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Pinkertons and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars
