    PINKERTONS RAISE £2115 FOR ANGEL EYES NI

    Pinkertons Estate Agents have raised £2115 for Belfast charity Angel Eyes NI through a quiz night held at Carnalea Golf Club on 19th November 2022.

    Angel Eyes is a local charity that helps blind and partially sighted children and their families gain equal access to everything they need to flourish and reach their full potential. As a charity that receives no public funding, Angel Eyes relies solely on private and company donations.

    Looking forward with Angel Eyes

    In a time when we are all consistently adjusting to the ever-changing face of the global pandemic and the cost of living crisis, we at Pinkertons Estate Agents are embracing the opportunity to raise awareness and support the fantastic work carried out by local charity Angel Eyes.

    Angel Eyes is a Belfast-based charity that supports and advocates for blind and partially sighted children throughout the province.

    The charity seeks to empower families, works to identify and remove accessibility and inclusion barriers, campaigns for the rights of blind and partially sighted children and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those children.

    “The vision for Angel Eyes is for every blind and partially sighted child in Northern Ireland to have equal access to everything they need to flourish. We know there is a need for parents, professionals, and all those coming into contact with a child with a visual impairment to understand how this can impact their world”. Sarah McCracken, Founder and CEO of Angel Eyes.

    Pinkertons will be running events throughout 2022 and donating a percentage of each sale fee to raise funds and awareness for the charity.

    Computers For Schools

    The 2020 Covid pandemic highlighted a massive demand for laptops within schools to ensure every child had the same learning opportunities. Working closely with Stephen Brown of Stephen J Brown Consultancy, we supplied laptops, dongles and tablets into the hands of three local schools that needed them; Ballyholme Primary, Castle Gardens and Comber Primary.

    Stephen continues the campaign today in his late-wife Sam’s memory and has raised over £113,684 and counting!     Read more
