The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) has been providing consumers with an alternative dispute resolution service and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service about a variety of property-related issues.

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA Propertymark) is the UK's leading professional body for estate agency. Membership is conditional on compliance with rules and a code of conduct. Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme

Under the provisions of The Tenancy Deposit Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 every landlord or letting agent that takes a deposit for an assured shorthold tenancy must join a tenancy deposit scheme. At Pinkertons, we have chosen The Dispute Service Northern Ireland (TDSNI) as our scheme. Based in Belfast, TDSNI is authorised by the Department for Communities to operate a custodial and insurance-based tenancy deposit protection scheme and are owned by The Dispute Service Ltd, which provides deposit protection and dispute resolution across the UK.

Client Money Protection

All client funds held by Pinkertons are covered by a Government approved Client Money Protection Scheme which protects clients' money by reimbursement should an agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds.
