To obtain a tenancy for one of our rental properties, you will need to apply via our application process.
To start the application process, you need to complete the application form below.
Tenancy Application FormThis is carried out by our referencing partner, through an online portal. Once this has begun you will receive an email asking you to submit additional information and upload documents via a bespoke link. Access to this portal, and the uploading of documents can be done on a smart phone, tablet or PC. If you are experiencing difficulties doing this, please contact a member of our lettings team who will be able to assist you.
We will receive update notifications throughout your activity and once you have completed the process. Please do not delay in completing the referencing.
Receipt of satisfactory references are required for all applications.
To speed up the application process you should advise all of your referees that they will be contacted.
A Guarantor must be provided if you do not pass the credit check, have unsatisfactory references or if the Landlord requests one.
All Guarantors will be contacted to ensure they are aware of their legal commitments to your tenancy. They will also be required to complete an application form and proceed through our referencing process including a credit check.
Costs to the applicant will only be incurred in the following circumstance:
* Loss of Rent, for example:
if the landlord loses 2 weeks marketing this will be calculated as losing 2 weeks rent.
* Remarketing costs will be charged at £150 plus VAT.
Once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed and accepted the holding fee will become the security deposit and will be protected by TDSNI.
