When letting a property we would strongly suggest you consider taking out a specialist landlord insurance policy. These polies are different to standard homeowener policies and cover you, as a landlord, should the unexpected happen.

We recommend that your landlord's insurance policy is in place at the start of the tenancy to ensure you are covered from day one.
