We look forward to meeting you.

Our history

We are an Estate Agent built around a community of genuine, like-minded professionals with one goal - to achieve the best result for each and every client.

Victoria Pinkerton's vision, when she founded the company in 2006, was to reinvent the property market in Northern Ireland. This ambition defined our brand and continues to drive our success.

Now, Pinkertons Estate Agents has grown to become one of the most widely recognisable Estate Agency brands across North Down and Ards with two vibrant offices; one located on Bangor's bustling Main Street and the other in Comber's busy Square, so perfectly placed to serve the local community.

In addition, Pinkertons is one of the few Estate Agencies to achieve Licensed Status with Propertymark, guaranteeing all clients receive service well above the benchmark. Our Managing Director currently sits on the NAEA Propertymark board as the Regional Executive for Northern Ireland; a position achieved through acknowledgement of her vision, determination and how highly thought of she is within the industry.

We are not just your estate agent - we're your neighbours too

All our agents live and work in the area. Not only do they have the professional knowledge to help you buy, sell or let your property, but also have insight into the area as local residents. They know everything - from the best restaurant for Sunday morning breakfast to the best parks to take your dog for a walk.

No matter if you are looking to buy, sell, rent or manage your property, one of our professional teams will be able to assist and provide you with everything you need to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Regardless of how long I have been in the business, my passion is still the same. - Victoria Pinkerton, Managing Director of PEA.

We're proud to be a big part of our local community

Looking after the communities and environments in which we operate is a part of our company ethos. We care about our community. We don't just sponsor, we participate. We believe it is vital to give something back to the people who have supported us over the years - our local community. Our action-packed charity event calendar ranges from golf days to school quiz nights.

We love meeting our neighbours and getting involved with local events.

Pinkertons school project

In 2019 we launched the Pinkertons School Project, an innovative scheme to assist local primary and nursery schools raise much needed funding to help their pupils.

The first school we welcomed to the scheme was Castle Gardens Primary School in Newtownards and since then have welcomed others such as Clandeboye Primary, Trinity Nursery and Comber Primary.

We made the commitment to raise £10,000 for each school by donating 10% of our commission from every home sold in conjunction with a school in the scheme.

We're delighted to be the first primary school to work in partnership with Pinkertons. This important and worthwhile project comes at a difficult time for schools who are facing unprecedented financial challenges as it will allow us to purchase essential items to support the children ranging from ice packs to reading books to interactive whiteboards. It will also provide added learning opportunities as members of the Pinkertons staff will be participating in our well-established reading partnership scheme. - John Gray, Principal of Castle Gardens
